Common Questions About Subscriptions
1. Is my credit card secure when I purchase a subscription?
We use Stripe to handle subscription payments. They store your credit card information for us. They are a certified PCI compliant company with many measures in place to ensure the safety and security of your information. You can read more about their policies on their website.
2. What happens if my subscription runs out?
If your subscription runs out and we are unable to renew it for any reason, you will be automatically downgraded to the free version of NeoBudget.
3. Will you delete my information if my subscription runs out?
No. If you have a paid subscription and it expires or there is a problem with a payment, we do not delete your data. Your subscription will be downgraded to the free plan but all your information will still be there. It will be read-only, you will not be able to make changes outside the limits of the free version. As soon as the payment issue is resolved and your subscription is restored you will gain full access again.
Note that your data can still be exported and downloaded even if you have been downgraded to the free version. We will not hold your data captive.
4. How long can I use the free version of NeoBudget?
You can use NeoBudget for free as long as you want. There is no time limit.
5. What happens to my data if NeoBudget goes out of business?
First of all, lets hope that never happens. We plan to be around for a long, long time. But as a customer it's a legitimite concern. We believe that your data is your data. At any time you can export your NeoBudget data for any reason. Should we ever need to close the doors on NeoBudget we will give plenty of notice and allow users time to download their data.
