Creating a New Account
Getting started with new budgeting software can be daunting. It's a blank slate with so much information you need to enter. Don't fear, by following the steps in this "Getting Started" tutorial we'll have you up and running in no time.
The first thing to do is create an account. An account in NeoBudget represents an account in real life such as a checking account, a savings account, or even a credit card account.
Creating an account in NeoBudget is easy. Find and click on the "New Account" link on the left sidebar. This will prompt you for a name. Use a short but descriptive name such as "Checking" or "Savings". Then click "Save".
